Our expert team uplifted over 1,000m² of existing tiles and implemented our trusted UFS Leaky Fridge Specification, specially developed for areas prone to moisture ingress. We followed this with the application of a high-moisture-tolerant screed to ensure long-term subfloor stability and performance under pressure.
To complete the transformation, we installed Tarkett’s Gritted Green Fleck tile, a high-performance vinyl solution that delivers outstanding durability, enhanced slip resistance, and a distinctive finish that aligns seamlessly with M&S’s brand aesthetic.
