Located in the heart of Folkestone, this Waterstones store is a prominent location in the retailer’s national network. UFS was appointed to refresh the existing floor finish as part of the client’s wider estate enhancement strategy. Over the course of the project, we removed all existing carpeted floor coverings across the main sales areas and prepared the subfloor with a high-quality smoothing compound.
Following this, we installed premium Milliken carpet tiles across the store, selected for their design-led aesthetic, comfort underfoot, and commercial-grade durability.
